The location was convenient, very near Quebec City Upper town. I found the decor beautiful and funky. Staff members were friendly and helpful. I appreciated the bar and restaurant on the premises.
I found the lighting near the bed dim. It made it difficult to read. A reading light in the room or lobby would improve conditions.

the decor had a cool, modern edge. the staff helped with restaurant recommendations and directions, valuable! valet parking was a plus, and they handled my ev charging with no problems.
The air conditioning was difficult to adjust. The temperature fluctuated noticeably.
